Creative Retreat 2024

ArtSoc took a group of artists down to Kippilaw House near the Scottish Borders at the end of the semester for a creative retreat. The time spent there, a range of activities occurred including sketching the abundant nature around us, jewellery making and group murals, these events not only let everyone express their creativity in a safe and relaxing space. but it allowed a joyful social atmosphere amongst everyone there. Excluding all the artistic activities there was also activities such as walking around the beautiful grounds, cooking, game nights, experiencing the northern lights and lazing around in the sun. All in all the creative retreat is not only a relaxing experience to reset your mind but it is a fun creative time with friends.
